nice work but if i had any comments if would be the displacement mapping used for the carpet your setting your displacement values too high try lowering these values and increasing the tiling of the UV Map to have less pointy carpets and more fibrous cloth like texture, you can try using Hair and fur or Vray fur more quality but this is going to result in frustrating render times.

Yellow color usually express weakness and illness. the design is good and i like it but the color do not fit in a hospital.
why do not u try more relaxing colors.

You have a mistake, it is not yellow and orange colors here, it is yellowish orange light here as this light have the most relaxing effect on people. The walls and the lacquer furnishing are all cream and white colour.
